Terms of Service

Final terms are issued at signup. The summary below describes the relationship in plain English; the binding document is the agreement you accept during the signup wizard.

• You (the tenant) operate your own firearms business. Center Tactical provides the platform; we are not a party to your retail transactions, payment processing, or regulatory filings.
• Compliance Engine outputs are advisory. You remain responsible for federal and state regulatory adherence. Use the audit trails the platform produces.
• Your payment processor (Orchid Pay or TacticalPay) holds and disburses your funds. Center Tactical does not process payments on your behalf.
• Your communications provider (SendGrid, Mailgun, Twilio) sends messages on your behalf. Center Tactical does not aggregate or share metrics across tenants.
• Trial: 10 days. Card required to start. No charges until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

Privacy

We collect what's necessary to operate the platform and what you provide as tenant content. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

• Tenant operational data (products, orders, customers, bookings) is owned by the tenant.
• Payment credentials and communications credentials are encrypted at rest with purpose-bound keys.
• Audit trails (bound book, compliance events, payment audit log) are retained for the compliance retention period required by federal and state law, even after tenant offboarding.
• Metrics (anonymized usage telemetry) help us improve the platform. Aggregated, not per-tenant identifiable.
